Why do we love perfume samples ???

Hello Beauties

Recently we have started doing new thing, which is buying or getting it for free the new perfume sample, do you want to know why???

Why perfume samples???? 

1. We love perfumes and every month there will be new perfume in the market and we want try as many as possible, but full size bottle can be too                   expensive sometimes.
2. The body chemistry can make a perfume smell slightly different on each person. 
3. While buying new perfume, we always overdo so many samples at the store that we end up purchasing the scent in combination with other scent that we don't enjoy later.
4. Buying scent unsniffed online can be very tricky too.

How to get the samples???
1. Buy samples online (don't worry it is cheap)
2. Perfume shop
3. Magazines
4. Subscription beauty/perfume boxes

Valentino "Valentina Pink" Perfume : Review

Welcome Back to Glamourholik sisters!!!!

Lets started with Review :)
We Bought this perfume two weeks ago. It's the new limited edition Valentino perfume for womens called "Valentina Pink".

Packaging: It is all most similar to Valentino perfume "Valentina" but the only difference is the color of the bottle which is matte pink with one pink rose detailing on it. Overall the packaging it is very beautiful & sleek.

Smells like:
Top notes:Strawberry, Blackberry,Musk
Middle notes: Rose
Base notes:Amber,Cashmeran,Praline

Our thoughts:
The sillage of this perfume is very unique its between fruity/floral. At first it can be too strong scent for someone but hour later it will becomes soft floral scent plus longevity is just amazing. It is perfect for day time or night time. Definitely Perfect for summers. It looks stunning on my vanity.

OVERALL : If your looking for new scent then definitely try this, we rate it 5/5

VERSACE "Bright Crystal Absolu" Review

This Week it's all about Versace Bright crystal Absolu Perfume. This perfume is a follow up of the original Versace Bright crystal. But we didn't tried the original Versace Bright crystal therefore we can't compare it.But we can absolutely tell you about New Versace Bright Crystal Absolu. 

Lets start...
The packaging is beautiful.It comes in bright Fuchsia clear glass bottle with crystal like cap.And the name of fragrance is place in the center of the bottle. The bottle looks absolutely beautiful on my vanity.

Smell like.
Top Note: Yuzu, Pomegranate, Ice Accord
Heart Note: Raspberry, Lotus flower, Peony, Magnolia
Base Note: Deep Acajou wood, Vegetal amber, Musk

Our Thoughts:
It is Floral Fruity fragrance, it has light pleasant scent to it which makes it perfect for summer/spring days. It smell so fresh, nice plus it is not at all over powering scent.One day mom wore this perfume before going out with dad and guess what dad loved the scent & mom got compliment on it :D since then its mom new LOVE ;) We always get compliments on it too.The longevity is amazing too.This perfume is definitely worth buying.

"DAHLIA DIVIN" by GIVENCHY : Review

Welcome Back for another Review!!!

Today we will be Reviewing  the sample perfume that we got in our April Glambox (its subscription service) which is DAHLIA DIVIN by GIVENCHY which was launched in September 2014. The face of the perfume is Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys.

Lets start with the Review

Packaging:
It comes in rectangular glass bottle with rectangular cap with light yellow edge.The perfume itself is in a golden shade and there is label on center of the bottle bearing the name of the fragrance.Overall the packaging is so beautiful and sleek.

Smell like:
Top note: Mirabelle Plum
Heart note:Bouquet of white flowers (mainly by Jasmine)
Base note: Sandalwood, Vetiver

Our Thoughts:
When we both first smell the perfume glamourholik uzma wanted to buy the full size bottle right way & this happens every rarely.Lets get back to perfume,It's floral/woody scent and a perfect balance between sultry & fresh. Staying power is amazing like seriously amazing, just two spray and your good to go all day. It can use it both day/night time.
If your looking for new Statement perfume give this beauty try.

Overall we are pleased with this Perfume.

"DOLCE" By DOLCE GABBANA :Review

We are starting new pages on our blog totally dedicated to Perfumes.We both have different choices when it comes to perfumes/deodorant,so hopefully our difference will help you to choose and pick the right scent next time.


Let start with the Review...

Last week we went out to buy some new summer perfumes. And the first perfume that caught our attention was DOLCE by DOLCE GABBANA because of bottle.

Packaging :
     which is so beautiful and feminine.The Perfume comes in a clear curve bottle with Dolce sign in black script on it. It comes with milky-white flower shape stopper and thin grosgrain black ribbon, Overall Love the packaging.

Smell like:
Top notes :Neroli Leaves, Papaya Flower
Heart notes:White Amaryllis, White Daffodil, White Waterlily
Base notes:Cashmeran, Musk, Sandalwood

Our Thoughts:
This is beautiful fresh Floral scent which makes it perfect for day time wear or on a special occasion .It has light pleasant scent to it which makes it so feminine & flirty.The only downside is the staying power which is not that great which is sad for such expensive perfume.However it can be perfect gift for someone who is sensitive to strong scent.
Overall its nice perfume & perfect for summer days.

OUR 6 Favourite Perfumes of 2014

We have always been obsessed with perfume's & today we will be Sharing our Top 6 Perfumes that we loved in 2014 but definitely writing about it is not easy because it's so tricky to describe something that you cant see or touch but only you can smell!!

Let's start...

1. Giorgio Armani Si : Packaging is very simple and elegant, featuring clear glass and a black cap. The bottle is quite heavy and feels very expensive. The scent itself is very unique and once you smell it, you will  always remember it. It's contrast between fresh citrus & woody musky in short,I would describe it as a unique & elegant scent. It's very long lasting,so its best used as an evening perfume or for special occasions.This is our third bottle.

2. Givenchy PLAY for her: This is our first Givenchy perfume.We bought it together after smelling it & we both love it so much plus we always get complement on this scent. It's more floral smell with bit of woodiness definitely perfect for day time because its light smell perfume with amazing lasting power.

3.Calvin klein Euphoria : Our mom got this for us few months back & we loved it because it has heavier floral/sweet smell definitely not overpowering that ends up giving you headache. Good for both day & night time.

4.Gucci Guilty intense : This is Uzma favourite perfume I do like it but it doesnt last long on me maybe because of my body chemistry, it has floral smell.Love the bottle design.

5 Rasasi Romance : OMG....yesss that was my reaction when my bestie wore this perfume I was amazed with the smell.The smell made me so happy seriously. I wanted to buy it but then we already that so many perfume but Few months back my friend gifted me this I was so happy. My sister & mom loved it too.It is deep floral/woody fragrance, very feminine & very natural.My only complain is that its lasting power is not that great.

6.Paco Rabanne Lady Million perfume : First of all we love the gold diamond shape bottle. After hearing so much good about this perfume we gave it try & now we like it too. It has woody floral smell with hint of sweetness. We get compliment on this always. This is our 3 or 4 bottle :)
